If you’re looking for a conscientious established Virtual Assistant with a passion for planning, organising and reliability, then look no further.

I'm Claire, award winning Virtual Assistant based in Devon. I started my Virtual Assistant business in 2016 after I realised there was a need for outsourced admin support for small businesses.

My first client was a small local publisher that needed admin support as he travelled frequently with business. Clairical has grown considerably since then and I have supported a number of clients in sectors such as Business Intelligence, Psychiatry and Life Coaching.

Many years of working in senior office management positions in both the private and public sectors have equipped me with numerous skills and experiences. I have a degree in Business Management, I'm Prince2 qualified and I hold a Professional Certificate in Social Media from the Institute of Digital Marketing. And I'm also quite nice to work with!

I'm very mindful about the amount of work and clients I take on. I only ever work with a client if it's an area of work I know and have experience in. We both don't have the time for inefficiency and I probably know a VA that could help you anyway.  This means that sometimes I do have limited client capacity. If this is the case I can add you to my waiting list or provide alternative VA recommendations.  Finally, I don't outsource to other VA's as most of the work I do is strategic and/or confidential.

This is a great article from Differently Wired that explains from the clients perspective, how outsourcing to a Virtual Assistant can help. It also features me and a client of mine as an example.

And here's an interview with Grow magazine about the support I received from Heart of the Southwest when I initially set up business. Heart of the Southwest is a Local Enterprise Company (LEP) which are available throughout the UK and provide support and networking for small businesses. More info here.

I’m a mum to two very busy boys and Barney the Cavapoo. We live in Devon in a lovely little village near Exeter. In summer, you'll find me at the local cricket ground, (watching my partner not playing), exploring our varied and beautiful Devon landscape, playing the piano and of course baking and eating cake.

I won another award!

Super pleased with this award as I was nominated by a client which makes the win much sweeter. I still don't know who the client was - thank you.

I'm South West Virtual Business Assistant of the Year 2020/2021 and I have won it again for  2022!

"The judges were particularly impressed by the range of skills and expertise Clairical is able to provide its clients allowing them to rely on Clairical for a number of outsourced needs."

Plant a Tree and Support Local Charities

To celebrate my 6th year in business I wanted to donate to a local charity. I love trees and all that they can do for us in terms of biodiversity, the environment, play and our wellbeing.

Trees for Good Causes is a Community Interest Company (CIC) offering tree planting to individuals and businesses. They can help in offsetting your carbon footprint or offer you eco-conscious gifting.

In addition to the six trees already planted, I will be donating when celebrating a business win and new clients.
